BlackNet is a secure encrypted communication network that Blackwatch uses to communicate with their troops out in the field. It contains important information about their operations in the Green, Yellow and Red zones and once it is successfully hacked, allows Heller to identify some special targets and hunt them down. Successful missions will accumulate and unlock each mutations, making Heller more and more powerful.^[1]
