Each mutation category consists different upgrades that can be obtained by assigning mutations gained by completing missions accessed at Blacknet terminals, destroying Infected Lairs, collecting Blackboxes, and shutting down Field Ops. However, some mutations can only be obtained by completing Radnet events. throughout New York City.[2]
