Colette Heller was the wife of James Heller.[1] James had to leave after been called by his duty, leaving Collette and their daughter Amaya.[2] When James returned he found out that his family was killed during the viral outbreak.[2]
During this time there was a viral outbreak, resulting in infection and deaths.[3] Blackwatch, a military organization had quarantined the city. A group of Infected are said to have barged into Heller's residence and killed her along with her daughter.[1][4]
