Times Square is a major commercial intersection in the borough of Manhattan Island in New York City.

The starting mission or tutorial level is set here where Alex Mercer fights against Mother.

At the start of the game Time Square is pretty safe with the normal busy traffic like the real Times Square, but when the island hits 81% infected the entire area became a total bloodbath.

After the mission "The world set free" Blackwatch set up a small base in the middle of Times Square. At the start of the mission you have to defend the Bloodtox truck. The fight against Mother also takes place in the middle of Times Square.
