But that was why I was planning on adding a small paragraph on upgrades and mutations to the main Prototype 2 page, because there is hardly any mention of how Heller improves his abilities there.

Concerning the Role-PlayEdit

Not a problem! I'm sure being the only admin on this site can be rather time-consuming; believe me I know from experience, lol. But anyway, here's a link to a Role-Play that my friends and I recently started on their wiki, which has pretty much gone from a Star Wars-Halo Crossover wiki, to having just about anything. We have other role-plays on there as well, most've died out, others on hiatus whilst we work on this new one.

As for any kind of Prototype RP, you would definantly have to set up an actual story-line for the players to follow. Otherwise it'd just be like playing Prototype 1 or 2 on Free-mode when you've got everything unlocked.--Baracuss 21:26, May 17, 2012 (UTC)

Time/Date Edit

I live in Ohio and my time is actually 8:16 but everything is like 4-5 hours off. It was 11 at one point and it said something like 3 or so in the morning on the 19th for one edit. The company hasn't closed. A portion of the staff have been fired and Radical is part of Activision as a backup studio. They won't be making any further games or DLC, but that doesn't mean the released DLC won't be made available for PC version. They have said the DLCs will be released for PC version; all the DLCs, regardless of the company's current situation. With the current situation, I can't get hold of anyone within Radical I knew to ask if the Steam pre-load will have it. Prototype 2 Radnet Edition Edit

I got a question about the Radnet Edition of Prototype 2. I just ordered it and it is the limited edition and has the code for it. If I got a XBL acc and used it would I still be able to do them to get the Alex Mercer skin? Hello Vatsa, me again, but this time I feel really, really disapointed. I finished the game on Hard at 100% including the Radnet Content, and I see that Colossal Mayhem and Excessive Force are NOT include in the PC Version of the game or in DLC on Steam. Why ? Will they be include later ?

Honestly, it wasn't that hard to put those two DLC on this PC port ... They just don"t give a crap about us, PC gamers.

I was really looking forward those 2 DLC to increase the fun in this game ... I'm disgusted ...

Yeah, I am halfway through (Green Zone and on Hard mode) and game isn't as challenging as the first one was. As for the DLCs, well I can't ask anyone at Radical since most people I knew are off the company. So we'll just have to hope that Activision might release the DLCs after a few weeks.
This negligence towards PC gamers has become an annoyance for most, since the companies blame piracy even though Xbox and PS3 games are pirated as well. In the process, legit PC players always get a bad deal from the companies.. -- _{( • )} 02:06, July 29, 2012 (UTC)

Why not use the actual full body image when available rather than a panned out screenshot? I've updated most characters from Prototype with appropriate in-game image and started replaying P2 since yesterday for images. So using a concept art resembling the in-game image seems better than using a wallpaper. All I am saying is to have some patience.
Also, if you didn't notice, its falling back to serif because your browser doesn't seem to support Agency FB or Verdana. So, its not the design fault, but your browser..-- _{( • )} 14:10, September 13, 2012 (UTC)

Then why not use a design that works on all browsers and uses the default font the entire Wiki uses? Chrome is used by one third of Internet users. Thus, your infobox design does not work for one third of Internet users. Why you insist on alienating them is beyond me. I'm using the default Chrome config with no additions, so it's rather not "just my PC". Still, the thick 1990s borders look crappy, while the gray backgrounds conflict with the black-red background of the site. Ways to improve the article Edit

Thank you !!! With all due respect, I think it is better to mention more specific details about the behaviours and personality of the characters in the story to make it easier for people to refer to rather than summarising the whole of it!!! I would recommend to avoid outlooking characters like Dana mercer and Father Guerra in Prototype2 and give full specific details about them!!! And their relationship with the main protagonist James heller in order to improve the quality of the article and increase the influx of information from the video game itself rather than other references!!!! Judgement of their personality traits should be more meticulously depicted for improved standards!!!!!

Licensed Video Swap ToolEdit

Hey there, Vatsa1708 . My name is Doug and I'm a member of Wikia's Community Development Team! Wikia has recently updated a new admin tool for videos called Licensed Video Swap. This is a new tool that allows admins to quickly swap videos embedded videos on your wiki from outside providers (such as Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, etc) to the same (or very similar) video that exists on Wikia Video. The benefit being that the videos hosted on Wikia Video are fully licensed and will never be removed for a licensing issues.

Adding pages about businessesEdit

Chances of P3Edit

1. I didn't say you were high strung; I said you were "acting" high strung; don't put words into my keyboard ("mouth"). But since you mentioned it: yes, I think that ever since you got your extra Wikia tools, that you have become high strung; looking at old messages you posted (which were grammatically awful), you weren't nearly as much of a dick when you first joined as you are now. It's the reason Prototype Wiki lost the best editor it's seen so far - Tagaziel - a user that I have edited with before... albeit under far different "circumstances".
2. You're just proving me right by handling this situation as immaturely as you did, as you could have simply said, "Just because I didn't reply to your message doesn't mean I am High strung," but instead, you had to add that extra text to make yourself look even more high strung.
3. Apparently, you think this is your little playground if you think I should leave the wiki just because I think poorly of you - one person.
4. I will gladly leave, as the wiki is quite frankly of poor standard, templates-wise and content quality-wise; I was just playing the role of the janitor and fixing many of the problems on the wiki. You can have fun with your terribly-styled wiki all by yourself, should you decide to ban me.
5. This whole revelation could have been avoided if you simply had given your opinion on the matter while you were online the first time, or you could have even retorted what I said, but still had given your opinion on the matter, instead of being a dick and practically telling me to get off the wiki.

Now, either go on and ban me, proving your immaturity and inability to handle a little criticism, or prove me wrong, and show that you can handle situations in a fashionable mature manner and are qualified to be an administrator. You are allowed to criticize, have an opinion about anyone and everyone. I've always been helpful to users on this wiki and others. I've also been hated by a few users, but their negative opinion about me does not bother me in anyway. Like you said, I don't have to prove anything to a single user. Just because I didn't reply, you presumed I was a high strung dick, disregarding the thought that I might have other reasons for not replying. But why should you bother yourself about my reasons when you know how immature I am?

Now the templates and content. I copied most templates from other wikis as I had little knowledge about customisation and now that I am aware of how they can be customised or work, I have little time to implement/improve them. The content, well, there were only few editors when I adopted this wiki. I could hardly cope with the flood when P2 was released due to a lack of time or co-ordinate with the second admin since he wasn't around most of the time. As for Tagaziel, there would not have been any disagreement if he had suggested an alternate font rather than revert the template completely. With all his experience he could have corrected the font issue, but he had to the better man and leave considering we couldn't get along.

Back to the P3 comment, Both Prototype games were a commercial success in their own way. Despite some competition, P2 sold very well and I highly doubt Activision will be sell the franchise since Radical is still around as a supportive studio, unless someone is willing to invest for P3. But with inFamous around the block along with a lot more releases in 2014, I think there might not be another game until a few more years. If there is hope for Darksiders then maybe there is some hope for another Prototype. -- _{( • )} 19:05, December 26, 2013 (UTC)

No More SpeculationEdit

...............I see now that you are a writer who takes his work very seriously.  With that being said, I humbly apologize for my edits on the Alex Mercer page (the part where I wrote that he was possibly still alive even though it says that he is deceased), and if you would please unblock the Alex Mercer page, I can personally promise you that I will not post in that section anything regarding Alex again, and focus on editing other articles on the wiki as well as the articles on the Alex Mercer page as well.

You see..........when I started editing on wikis, I wanted to be creative, as well as mature with my work.  I'll post facts about things and maybe even add a few editions that some people may not have even heard of before.  Though you must understand; the last thing that I would want to do on a wiki is vandalize the different pages on the website itself.  I find that to be both immature and highly offensive to the people who spend large amounts of their time editing those wikis in order to make them look organized and professional. 

And so....with all of that being said, I humbly request that you reopen the Alex Mercer page so that anyone is free to edit it as they please.  It's a very promising page....it really is......and I feel that people should be free to edit it once again.  I am the one at fault for being immature and irresponsible with my writing.  The page itself should not have to suffer for my previous actions.  I will not post speculation like that on this wiki again....you have my word.

PARIAH Edit

Hello Vatsa1708,

I recently replayed the first Prototype thanks to its HD... ahem, 'remaster' on PS4, and noticed something odd. In the first game, They mention PARIAH out the arse in the later Web of Intrigue nodes, and even Alex Mercer mentions him to Cross after the 'destroy all of Taggert's Helicopters' mission, and yet... I can't remember any mention to PARIAH in Prototype 2. Is there anything about PARIAH in Prototype 2 I might have missed, or is there any sort of info about PARIAH that the developers let slip before they got axed? I'd really like to know.

Hope you don't mind if I ask if you had notice something on the woman with the Whipfist at Prototype 2 that wants Commander Cantrell do you noticed that she has the same voice as Doctor Archer and also can I change some of the Trivia at the Super Soldier Page because it's not Dr. Koenig that made the Project Orion instead it's Dr. Bellamy,Dr. Shaffeld and Dr. Burk that made the research about the project.
