Vandenberg Air Force Base is a United States Air Force base in California, belonging to the Blackwatch. It is also the location of Project Crusade, which began in 1969.

Pariah arrived to the base after his birth in Hope, Idaho as the main test subject in Project Crusade. It is unknown if Pariah is still there, or if Project Crusade is still continuing.
