Vanessa Marshall is an American Actress and voice actor. She is known for voicing of Irwin and Mandy's Mom in the TV series The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. She has also provided voice for a few characters in the Mass Effect game series.
She has provided the voice of Karen Parker in the game Prototype.
